SONGWRITERS!  There will  be a free songwriters clinic with Michael Reno Harrell on Saturday morning of the festival. Limited to 10 participants, this will be a formatted session of how to take an idea and put it to music. If you are interested sign up here     Hot Dang! Eastman has come on board again this year as a major sponsor!  They are making a special mandolin with a Riverhawk serial number making this a one of a kind instrument! Thanks to Tim Finch and the Eastman Gang! Riverhawk 07 Winner of the Eastman Mandolin was Dennis Slagle of Safety Harbor! And get this...His ticket was bought as a gift from Travis Kruger of the Dunedin Brewery gang! The Mandolin is valued at over 1500.00!    Good Gift Travis!       In Memoriam: Chris Gaffney (1950-2008) Chris Gaffney, founding member and lead singer of The Hacienda Brothers, succumbed to liver cancer April 17, 2008 in a California hospital with his wife Julie at his side. Gaffney suffered a fall at his home the night before and died in his sleep after being admitted to the hospital. Chris performed for us last November. Click here for more details Willie P. Bennett - October 26 1951 - February 15, 2008 Long time right arm to Fred Eaglesmith and himself a helluva songwriter and balladeer. Willie P. first performed at our shows in 1997 with Fred at Wings and Strings. He graced our stage for another 5 years. We love ya Willie!
